1866年創業よりおよそ150年余り。米沢という恵まれた環境を活かし、杜氏による選び抜かれた山形県産米で日本酒醸造を行っています。近年醸造設備を一新し、「人より機械が行った方が良い作業は機械が行い、機械より人が行った方が良い作業は人が行う」という想いのもと、作業の省略化ではなく、常にお酒を最優先とした酒造りを心がけています。

It has been over 150 years since its establishment in 1866. Taking advantage of the blessed environment of Yonezawa, we brew sake using rice grown in Yamagata Prefecture, selected by our Toji. In recent years, the brewing facilities have been completely renovated, and with the idea that “work that is better done by machines than humans should be done by machines, and work that is better done by humans than machines should be done by humans,” we strive to brew sake not by omitting tasks, but by always considering the sake quality first.

世界に誇れる山形の酒造好適米「雪女神」を38%まで磨いた純米大吟醸生貯。華やかなカリンのような果実香、ライラック、アカシアの花の香り、セルフィーユなどのハーブ香が調和。柔らかく上品な甘みと酸味が心地よく口中に広がり、キレのある後味が印象的な浜田を代表する日本酒。

Junmai Daiginjo Namachozou made from ‘Yukimegami’, Yamagata’s world-class rice for sake brewing, polished to 38%. The gorgeous quince-like fruit aroma, lilac, acacia flower aroma, and herb aroma such as chervil are harmonized. The mild elegant sweetness and acidity spread comfortably in the mouth, and the crisp aftertaste is impressive, making it a representative sake of Hamada.

出羽燦々と吟吹雪の交配品種「出羽の里」を使用した純米吟醸。白桃や黄桃、バナナなどの果実の香り、蠟梅、ビターアーモンドの香りが絶妙に調和。まろやかで柔らかい甘味、ふくよかな印象から、優しさとフレッシュ感を与える酸味がアフターに広がる。

Junmai Ginjo made from ’Dewa no Sato’, a cross between Dewa Sansan and Ginfubuki. The aroma of fruits such as white peach, yellow peach, banana, wax plum and bitter almond are in perfect harmony. The mellow, soft sweetness and full impression is followed by an acidity that gives a gentle, fresh feeling.

This Junmai Ginjo is made from the luxurious ’Tsuyahime’ rice, a high-quality graded rice that represents Yamagata Prefecture. The aroma of fruits such as of the gorgeous white peaches, lychees, oranges and blancmange, chestnuts, and nuts are harmonized to create a perfect balance of a gorgeous and full of volume taste. The gentle acidity gives a cool and refreshing feeling, that lingers in your mouth.
